September 26, 2025: LTIMindtree, a major global technology consulting company, announced the launch of BlueVerse RightAction, positioning it as a “first-to-market AI governance framework” for agentic AI (i.e. autonomous AI agents).
BlueVerse RightAction is integrated into LTIMindtree’s existing BlueVerse AI ecosystem. It aims to help enterprises ensure that autonomous agents adhere to business rules, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
This framework supports different types of AI models and helps them act in ways that are appropriate, transparent, and monitored. It lowers the need for human intervention, speeds up processes, and improves how companies operate, all while building trust and reducing expensive errors.
“Our new BlueVerse™ RightAction™ framework makes sure that our AI agents operate responsibly and follow business regulations. By combining the understanding of context and intent with strong rules, BlueVerse RightAction ensures the right actions are taken every time. This gives companies the confidence to explore new possibilities with AI,” said Venu Lambu, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of LTIMindtree.
BlueVerse RightAction ensures that AI agents take actions that are not only suitable but also ethically correct and follow company policies. By setting clear guidelines and providing explanations for decisions, BlueVerse RightAction helps reduce uncertainty around AI actions and allows companies to trust their AI systems.
LTIMindtree has also launched BlueVerse Academy. In its first phase, the academy is training 60,000 employees. The academy will work with major technology companies and educational institutions to provide advanced AI training, executive programs, workshops, and co-development projects.
It will also host hackathons and hands-on learning experiences for both employees and students, backed by experts and industry partners to develop talented professionals ready for the future of AI.
