MediaTek has officially unveiled the Dimensity 9500 chipset, designed to redefine mobile performance, AI-driven experiences, and energy efficiency.
The Dimensity 9500 features a powerful CPU design that includes an ultra-fast core running at 4.21GHz, along with three strong cores and four regular performance cores. This setup offers up to 32% better single-core performance and 17% better multi-core performance compared to the previous model.
Importantly, the ultra core also uses up to 55% less power, helping users enjoy longer battery life and better productivity. Plus, it’s 30% more energy-efficient when multitasking with games and social media apps.

This platform also introduces a new cache and memory architecture that doubles the speed of reading and writing data, allowing AI applications to load 40% faster.
For gamers, the Arm G1-Ultra GPU included in the Dimensity 9500 increases peak performance by 33% and offers 42% better power efficiency. It also supports higher frame rates, allowing for more realistic gaming experiences. MediaTek has collaborated with top game developers to enhance graphics and lighting effects in games. Additionally, the Dimensity 9500 includes a Super Efficient NPU that allows AI models to run continuously while using less energy. This feature improves user experiences by making AI smarter and more proactive.
With MediaTek Imagiq 1190, the Dimensity 9500 can handle high-quality photos and videos, capturing images up to 200MP and supporting 4K video at 60 frames per second. It also has MiraVision Adaptive Display technology, which adjusts brightness and colour based on light conditions, ensuring a clear viewing experience whether outside in bright sunlight or inside in a dark room.
The platform’s connectivity suite includes Bluetooth call enhancement, Wi-Fi fast transfer, and multi-network intelligence for seamless calls and data. AI-powered communication technologies deliver up to 10% lower power in 5G and 20% lower power in Wi-Fi scenarios, while 5CC carrier aggregation boosts bandwidth by 15%. AI positioning and network selection technologies offer 20% higher accuracy, as well as 50% lower network latency, thanks to AI congestion prediction.
