Accenture and Google Cloud are working together with Air France-KLM to develop a new and advanced factory for generative AI (gen AI). This factory uses cloud technology to help Air France-KLM make better use of AI across its operations. It helps the airline find valuable ways to use AI and deliver improvements more quickly. With this setup, Air France-KLM can create, test, and manage a collection of AI tools specifically designed to improve important areas of the business and deliver real results.
Earlier this year, Accenture worked with Air France-KLM to move its systems to the cloud, making it easier for the airline to use AI solutions. Together with Accenture, Air France-KLM built a gen AI project factory on Google Cloud. This factory supports AI capabilities and helps the airline find and implement important AI projects more efficiently.
“This partnership shows how a strong cloud-based digital system can make a company more resilient and adaptable. By making complicated processes easier, it helps Air France-KLM stay competitive in a rapidly changing digital world,” said Sabine Bechelani, managing director at Accenture. “With AI, we are making the customer experience simpler while also creating significant business value. This is a powerful illustration of how technology can enhance both operations and strategic advantages.”
“With this partnership, Air France-KLM and Accenture show their ability to rethink and reshape the future of the travel industry using generative AI. We are excited to be part of this journey, bringing our cloud and AI technology to help transform the business, improve operations, and create new experiences for travelers,” said Isabelle Fraine, managing director of Google Cloud France.
