To facilitate last-mile logistics, Walmart GoLocal, Walmart’s white-label delivery service for retailers, has integrated its services into IBM Sterling Order Management, an order management platform within the retail sector. IBM retail clients that sign up with Walmart GoLocal can now quickly integrate Walmart GoLocal’s suite of last-mile delivery solutions into their business system.
This partnership enables IBM retail clients to seamlessly combine Walmart GoLocal’s comprehensive last-mile delivery solutions directly into their operational frameworks.
The partnership facilitates the operational workflow for IBM clients interested in leveraging Walmart GoLocal for delivery services. Upon order placement and readiness for shipment, IBM’s robust order management system facilitates the selection of Walmart GoLocal’s broad range, including various delivery service providers.
