Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a world leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, has announced the opening of a new office in Romania, Bucharest. This will strengthen TCS’s local presence as a center for digital engineering and further expand its service network across Europe.
TCS shows its commitment to local talent by hiring more than 95% Romanian employees. By investing in the Romanian workforce and digital engineering. Recently, TCS also opened a Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) innovation center in Bucharest.
This Bucharest office will be an essential part of TCS’s European delivery network. The network supports more than 350 customers in 20 European countries and has over 15,000 professionals.
Dr. Manoj Kumar Mohapatra, the Indian Ambassador to Romania, said, “It is exciting to see TCS continue to grow and invest in Romania. This new office is not only a sign of stronger economic connections between India and Romania but also shows how both countries work together in global technology.”
TCS first entered the Romanian market in 2019 as part of its growth in Europe. The new office proves Romania’s strong business opportunities and the availability of skilled professionals. This step also confirms TCS’s long-term dedication to being a trusted IT partner for European companies for more than forty years.
