Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) collaborates with UPM to help transform its IT systems. UPM is a Finland-based company that focuses on creating solutions for reducing carbon emissions, advanced materials, renewable fibers, and communication papers made from sustainable sources.
TCS will use its AI-powered platform called ignioTM to upgrade and strengthen UPM’s IT operations. This platform will help UPM work more efficiently, continuously enhance its processes, and ensure its IT systems are ready and trustworthy. TCS will provide various digital services, such as support for technology, workspace management, onsite assistance, and cloud services.
As part of the agreement, TCS will provide digital services, including service desk, workspace services, onsite support services, business and platform application services, network and connectivity services, hybrid cloud services, and Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
TCS will also enhance the digital experience of UPM’s 15,800 employees by using AI to support better human-machine collaboration. By driving continuous innovation, TCS will enable UPM to remain a perpetually adaptative enterprise.
