EaseMyTrip, an Indian online travel technology platform, has declared the elevation of Rikant Pittie as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-founder.
Rikant Pittie currently serves as the company’s Executive Director and succeeded Nishant Pitti after he resigned from the CEO post for personal reasons.
As CEO, Rikant Pittie will guide the company’s strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and refine customer experiences aimed at EaseMyTrip’s competitive edge in the travel industry.
As a co-founder of EaseMyTrip in 2008, Rikant Pittie has played a key role in its growth and market development over the past 16 years.

Under Rikant Pittie’s leadership, EaseMyTrip has recorded growth and a customer-centric operational framework. His contributions to the business sector have earned him accolades, including the prestigious Fortune India 40 Under 40 award and the Entrepreneur India’s Entrepreneurship of the Year in the Service Business – Travel Category.
Additionally, Rikant Pittie holds the position of Vice Chairman for the CII Delhi State Council for 2024-2025. Among his recent recognitions, he is listed among IDFC FIRST Private & Hurun India’s Top 200 Self-Made Entrepreneurs of the Millennium 2024, highlighting his entrepreneurial acumen.
Rikant Pittie’s leadership and innovative approaches were also recognized with the ET Inspiring Leaders Award North 2024, affirming his impact on the industry.
