NVIDIA announced that it is opening its first research and development center in Vietnam. NVIDIA will work with the Vietnamese government to create a new center that focuses on AI.
The center will help develop software and tap into Vietnam’s skilled engineers in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). It will also connect with industry leaders, startups, government agencies, universities, and students to speed up the use of AI in various fields.
Jensen Huang, the founder and CEO of NVIDIA, said, “We are happy to open NVIDIA’s R&D center in Vietnam to grow in AI. With our knowledge, we will work with researchers, startups, and businesses to create amazing AI in Vietnam.”

The Vietnam R&D Center will create important tools for NVIDIA and its partners to support AI innovation. Researchers and startups can use this center to build AI applications for critical areas like healthcare, education, transportation, and finance.
