NextEra, a joint venture between LTIMindtree and Aramco Digital has teamed up with ServiceNow, the AI platform for digital transformation. The partnership aims to drive large-scale digital transformation across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region.
As part of this collaboration, NextEra will a proximity center at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University in Dammam. ServiceNow will also set up a training center to help local workers gain new digital skills.
This new partnership combines ServiceNow’s intelligent workflow orchestration and NextEra’s strong service abilities. An important benefit is the availability of special tools from ServiceNow that will help companies use artificial intelligence and automation better. This will address the specific needs of the region, including providing an Arabic user interface and solutions that fit the local business environment.
The partnership aims to grow ServiceNow’s reach in the Middle East. A major focus will be on creating platforms for different industries, such as energy, banking, government, and large projects. These platforms are designed to help companies enhance their old systems, be more flexible, enhance customer service.
