NEW YORK, Nov 5, 2025: Kyndryl, a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, has agreed to acquire Solvinity Group B.V., a company in the Netherlands that offers secure managed cloud platforms and services. Solvinity specialises in private and hybrid “sovereign cloud” offerings, that is, cloud services designed with regulatory, data-sovereignty, and security requirements in mind.
The acquisition will strengthen Kyndryl’s portfolio for operating “sensitive and complex workloads” with heightened security and compliance demands.
“By acquiring Solvinity, Kyndryl can give customers more services to help them use new technology and keep their important data safe,” said Petra Goude, President of Kyndryl Strategic Markets. “This deal shows that we are investing in important skills to help our customers stay safe, follow new rules, and succeed in a fast-changing world.”
Kyndryl aims to offer more robust cloud services to customers with stringent regulatory, security, or data-sovereignty requirements. These new services will help customers keep their important data safe and follow all the latest rules. Customers will also get better security, more ways to use the cloud, and help from experts. This will let customers focus on their main work and try new things.
