IBM has just started a new advertising campaign, ‘Let’s create smarter business’, a global campaign designed to accelerate AI implementation across industries. This campaign focuses on using new technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), to help businesses work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
The campaign highlights the real challenges business leaders face as they transition from experimenting with AI to integrating it into their daily operations to drive company improvement.
The initiative highlights IBM’s strategy to shift enterprises from experimentation to execution. Through its watsonx AI platform, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and consulting expertise, IBM aims to help clients deploy AI responsibly and at scale.
The campaign was developed by IBM’s marketing team and Ogilvy, emphasizing IBM’s long history of helping clients and partners grow and innovate. Three new TV ads highlight how AI, hybrid cloud solutions, and quantum computing can change the way work is done.
Jonathan Adashek, who is Senior Vice President of Marketing at IBM, said, “‘Let’s create smarter business’ shows our ability to help business leaders see what they need and give them the right tools to close the gap in using AI effectively, which will help them meet expectations.” He added that this is not just an advertisement, but a way of thinking that IBM is using to help businesses become smarter.
Liz Taylor, the Global Creative Officer at Ogilvy, explained, “‘Let’s create smarter business’ expresses what IBM does best: understanding the real challenges that business leaders encounter and helping them turn complicated issues into clear solutions that have a real impact.”
It also brings back recognisable features of the IBM brand, such as the blue bars. The ads will first be shown during the US Open and will continue to run throughout 2025 on television, online, print, social media, and video platforms.
