HCLTech and UiPath have announced a partnership to accelerate agentic automation for UiPath customers globally. The goal of this partnership is to enhance business processes by reducing the need for human intervention. HCLTech will utilize its expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) to establish the UiPath Platform. This will enable businesses to run their operations more smoothly in areas such as finance, supply chain management, customer service, marketing, and human resources.
HCLTech will provide tools and AI agents to make the setup easy and scalable. The partnership is designed to help businesses become more agile, improve worker efficiency, and achieve quicker results from their investments in automation. Additionally, HCLTech will establish an AI Lab in collaboration with UiPath in India. This lab will focus on developing repeatable solutions and minimum viable products (MVPs) for automating processes from start to finish, ensuring continuous improvement. HCLTech will utilize its global network to support UiPath customers in North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
