GlobalFoundries (GF), a US-based manufacturer of semiconductors, and IBM have announced a comprehensive settlement of ongoing lawsuits that resolves all pending litigation, including issues related to breach of contract, trade secrets, and intellectual property disputes.
The specifics of the settlement remain confidential, both parties have shown their satisfaction with the solution, which may serve as a foundation for future joint ventures and initiatives.
