Genpact has announced the acquisition of XponentL Data, a company that provides data products and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. XponentL brings deep expertise in data strategy, design, and engineering.
This acquisition enables Genpact to strengthen its focus on data, AI, and advanced technologies, allowing it to better support clients throughout their AI journey, from planning to execution. XponentL is a partner with Databricks and offers training and skills across many popular data platforms, like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft. They also provide proven solutions that help businesses achieve results more quickly.

Johnstone will continue to lead the XponentL business, and all employees from XponentL will join Genpact.
The acquisition was completed on June 5, 2025, but the financial details have not been disclosed.
