Bengaluru, 21 August 2025: Edgehax, a company that makes Edge AI hardware, has raised Rs. 1.39 Crore in its first round of funding, led by Inflection Point Ventures. The investment will enable them to produce more products, accelerate development, and expand into markets in Singapore, the US, and Europe.
Edgehax is already used by over 150 startups, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and large companies to quickly create and grow hardware products on a single board that includes computing power, connectivity, and storage. They plan to launch their product in Singapore with NXP by December this year.
Prabhu Stavarmath, the CEO and Co-founder of Edgehax, said, “Our goal at Edgehax is to be a global leader in Edge AI Gateways and Single Board Computers. We want to provide hardware platforms with open-source software and cloud solutions. This will help startups, big companies, and OEMs develop products quickly. By 2029, we aim to support over 100 million developers using our boards and tools in the Asia-Pacific, the US, and Europe. We want to be the main partner for businesses that need ready-to-use and customizable hardware. Through continuous development and local manufacturing, Edgehax wants to show its capabilities and commitment to Make in India.”
