Cisco, a leader in security and networking, has announced a strategic collaboration with Mistral AI, a European AI solutions provider, to introduce their first jointly developed AI Agent, “AI Renewals Agent”.
This innovative AI Renewals Agent significantly improves the renewal proposal creation process by integrating both structured and unstructured data from over 50 diverse signals and sources and also offers real-time sentiment analysis, summarized recommendations, intelligent automation, and personalization, all aligned with customer outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Created on a custom AI model, this new AI Renewals Agent manages on-premises and provides data security, privacy, and compliance while enabling performance tuning and cost optimization. Using automation and optimizing workflows permits a more strategic allocation of resources and improved customer engagement, ultimately leading to increased satisfaction, retention, and growth.
It is estimated that the AI Renewal Agent could reduce the time spent building a renewal proposal and preparing for customer engagement by as much as 20%, a figure poised to grow as the AI agent improves based on usage and more workflows are automated.
