Capgemini has announced that it will acquire Cloud4C, a well-established global managed cloud services provider. Cloud4C helps businesses move to and manage their technology and data using a simple, low-code platform that is ready for artificial intelligence (AI). The company has a strong partnership with SAP, especially in S/4 HANA Cloud, and works well with other important technology companies.
Cloud4C was founded in 2014 and has a team of 1,600 people with extensive knowledge of cloud services. They help clients create and implement cloud strategies, migrate their systems, and manage them efficiently. Cloud4C also offers services that protect data, ensure business continuity, and meet industry regulations.
This acquisition will enable Capgemini to expand in the cloud services market. It will enable Capgemini to develop specialized solutions for various industries and provide enhanced cloud management services. It will also create opportunities to sell Cloud4C’s services to Capgemini’s clients and vice versa. Additionally, the acquisition will strengthen Capgemini’s role in providing SAP services by combining expertise from both companies.
“Cloud4C has a strong history of managing large cloud projects using advanced, automated AI tools,” said Aiman Ezzat, CEO of Capgemini. “Their partnership with SAP makes them a great match for us, and this purchase will help us create better cloud solutions for our clients around the world.”
Sridhar Pinnapureddy, the Chairman and Managing Director of Cloud4C, said, “Cloud4C has grown quickly and operates in 29 countries. Our aim has always been to build a secure and innovative cloud service platform. Joining Capgemini is an exciting opportunity that will help us grow even better. I am proud of what our team has achieved, and we are eager to work with Capgemini to serve clients worldwide.”
