In a major strategic move in the AI infrastructure space, AMD, Cisco, and HUMAIN have announced the formation of a joint venture that aims to deploy up to 1 gigawatt (GW) of AI computing infrastructure by 2030. kicking off with an initial phase of 100 megawatts (MW) in Saudi Arabia, set to begin operations in 2026.
AMD, Cisco, and HUMAIN will be the main investors in a new joint venture. This venture aims to combine HUMAIN’s advanced data centers with technology from AMD and Cisco. The goal is to provide modern data center capacity that uses power efficiently and lowers costs.
AMD and Cisco will be the exclusive technology partners for this joint venture. They will offer their products and services to help build up to 1 gigawatt (GW) of AI infrastructure by the year 2030.
The first stage of the project includes the development of 100 megawatts (MW) of AI infrastructure. This will incorporate HUMAIN’s modern data center capacity, AMD’s Instinct™ MI450 Series GPUs, and Cisco’s leading critical infrastructure.
