Wipro Limited announced the completion of the acquisition of the Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) business unit from HARMAN. This follows the approval from the necessary regulatory authorities.
The acquisition was first announced on August 21, 2025. DTS acquisition is a major step in Wipro’s ongoing commitment to enhance artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, driving engineering innovation, and enhancing R&D excellence. DTS will now operate as part of Wipro’s Engineering Global Business Line.
DTS provides Wipro with strong skills in product engineering and digital transformation services. Also brings expertise in embodied AI, embedded software, device engineering, and customer experience platforms.
This acquisition will combine the capabilities of DTS with Wipro’s consulting-led, AI-driven expertise, integrating HARMAN’s AI solutions with Wipro Intelligence™—our suite of AI-powered platforms and solutions. This integration will allow Wipro to offer unique and connected next-generation experiences and strengthen its position as a global leader in engineering services.
